I’m quite suspicious of this essay I have due on Friday. We are to summarise Hobbes’ theory of natural law and the social contract theory but my entire summary can be based on three or four chapters of the first book of Leviathan, even though we were assigned the second book. Very suspicious and concerning, indeed. I feel I’m missing something here.
